This agreement is intended to indicate the seriousness with which we respect our volunteers. The intent of the Agreement is to assure you both of our deep appreciation of your services and to indicate our commitment to do the very best we can to make your volunteer experience with Centro Ecologico Akumal a productive and rewarding one.

Agreement

I, _______________________________________, agree to serve and commit to the following:

1. To perform my duties to the best of my ability;
2. To serve without receiving any monetary compensation;
3. To adhere to rules and procedures as set forth by the organization’s officers, directors, and staff, including no use of illegal drugs or other substances on CEA property or when performing official CEA activities.
4. I hereby waive any claim I may now or hereafter have against Centro Ecologico Akumal, its directors, and staff for personal injury or property damage arising out of my services as a volunteer.

This Agreement may be terminated by either party, with or without cause, at any time by written notice to the other party.
