CEA has publications designed to inform CEA's visitors about the research programs, problems and solutions being tested at Akumal. Some publications available are: Explore Akumal Brochure, CEA Communications newsletter and The Quality and Movement of Ground Water by CEA geologist, Charles Shaw. If you are a writer, artist or computer graphics whiz and want to contribute to CEA as a volunteer, please contact us.
Stop by The CEA Center next time you are in Akumal and, in the meantime, browse through our site for more news and publications. Check back frequently because we will add new articles all the time.
The CEA Research Library has nearly 200 research reports that are pertinent to the region. The papers are in hard copy only and are not easily accessible. The CEA Communication Department has contacted the researchers asking for pdf files of their papers. The bibliography of the papers will be posted on the CEA website and the pdf papers will be accessible from the site. Coming Soon!
A letter has been sent to researchers in the region and Kate Robinhawk is compiling a report on the research at Akumal and Quintana Roo, past and present. Short abstracts, biographies of the researchers, their students and the results of their findings will be published by the CEA Communications Department.
As the information comes into the Communications Department it will be posted on the CEA website and a link to the web page of the researcher and their institution will be provided.
